Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges on products within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit issued through a gift card, a size exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

Items that are washed or worn will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Free returns or exchanges are only available for up to 7 days after delivery. After that, the cost of return shipping becomes the customer's responsibility.

Discounted, Special Offer, Sale and Clearance items are final sale and are not returnable for any reason.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Damages and Defects

Please check your items upon receiving them. Any manufacturing defects must be reported to Magnolia Mudbugs within 3 days of receiving your package by contacting us at customerservice@magnoliamudbugs.com. Please include your order number and pictures in your email.

We will issue a return label for you. If you do not get your item shipped within 7 days, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.

If we do not have your item in stock for an exact exchange, a gift card or replacement item will be offered.
Your item must be returned in the original packaging, unwashed and unworn.
Store credit or replacement item will be issued/sent upon our inspection of said item when it arrives back to us.
