When will my order ship? / What is the turnaround time?

  • In-stock products will normally be shipped in 3-4 business days.
  • Products marked "PREORDER" are estimated to ship in 5-6 weeks. However, keep in mind this is an estimate. You can join our VIP group on Facebook to stay apprised of the latest MM news and turnaround times. Also, each preorder listing will have an estimated ship date.

My package never arrived, what should I do?

  • If the delivery of a package is late or your package never arrived, we ask that you contact your local post office (USPS) with the package’s tracking information. In this manner, you should be able to retrieve all the relevant information about your package’s delivery status.

Something is missing from my order, what should I do?

  • There are instances where you may receive one product before the other, and this is because we ship preordered items as they become available. If you ordered a preorder item as well as a ready to ship item, we will ship the ready to ship item first and you will receive your preordered item at a later date. 



  • Colors may vary slightly from the color seen on our website, but we do our best to accurately portray all of the products shown on our site.

     Shirt Sizing

  • We typically run all designs on Rabbit Skins brand toddler tees and LAT brand youth tees. If brand is different due to stocking issues, there will be a note in the description section of a listing. We suggest sizing up as our tees are 100% cotton and can shrink in the wash/dry cycle.

  • Turn garment inside out 
  • Machine wash cold
  • Wash with like colors 
  • Only non-chlorine bleach when needed
  • Tumble dry low
  • Warm iron if needed on reverse side

  • Do not dry clean



What is considered to be a defecive product?

  • A product is considered to be defective if it contains printing or graphic errors, ink stains, holes or tears.

How do I return something from my order?

  • To make a return, please use the Contact Us form on our website (Contact Us – Magnolia Mudbugs). From there, fill out the form and let us know the issue and we will begin the return process. Please see our full return policy for more information.

Something from my order is damaged or defective, how can I exchange it?

  • To exchange your product, you will need to follow the same directions as the question above. If we have the item in stock you can make an exchange.
