We at Magnolia Mudbugs are dedicated to a quality products and service. We hope that with the information listed below we can answer any question you may have. Please contact us if your question cannot be answered with the following information.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship? / What is the turnaround time?
- In-stock products will normally be shipped in 3-4 business days.
- Products marked "PREORDER" are estimated to ship in 10-15 business days. However, keep in mind this is an estimate. You can join our VIP group on Facebook to stay apprised of the latest MM news and turnaround times. Also, each preorder listing will have an estimated ship date.
- Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Magnolia Mudbugs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Any delivery issue must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or complications.
What to do if your package says "Delivered" but you don't have it.
If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, here are the steps we recommend:
- Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to make sure it was entered correctly.
- Look around your property — sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden or alternate spots (porch, side door, garage, mailbox, etc.).
- Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was received on your behalf.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number. They can often provide details on where the package was left and help you file a missing package claim.
- If you still cannot locate your package, please note that once USPS confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Magnolia Mudbugs is unable to replace or refund packages that are marked delivered.
Something is missing from my order, what should I do?
- There are instances where your order could be split and an item(s) could be coming at a later date, however your packing slip will reflect this. If you believe we made an error while packing your order, please reach out to customer service by using our contact us form.

- Colors may vary slightly from the color seen on our website, but we do our best to accurately portray all of the products shown on our site.

- We suggest sizing up as our tees are 100% cotton and can shrink in the wash/dry cycle. A size chart can be found here under the Dimensions tab on each listing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is considered to be a defective product?
- A product is considered to be defective if it contains printing or graphic errors, ink stains, holes or tears.
How do I return something from my order?
- To make a return, please use the Contact Us form on our website (Contact Us – Magnolia Mudbugs). From there, fill out the form and let us know the issue and we will begin the return process. Please see our full return policy for more information.
Something from my order is damaged or defective, how can I exchange it?
- To exchange your product, you will need to follow the same directions as the question above. If we have the item in stock, you can make an exchange.
