If your address changes prior to shipping it is YOUR responsibility to contact us at MagnoliaMudbugsorderinfo@gmail.com to request a change of address. If your package is returned to us or lost due to shipping to an old address, YOU will be responsible for new shipping fees.
We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages due to USPS. We will provide shipment tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS should they have any issues or concerns.
All estimated time of arrival for pre orders are announced when pre order is open. However, they are ESTIMATED and are subject to CHANGE. Follow our Facebook group for all updates on shipping. Please understand any manufacturing or shipping delays are out of our control. We will do our best to keep you updated of any delays should they occur.
When ordering from Magnolia Mudbugs, you are agreeing to NOT hold Magnolia Mudbugs responsible for any delays in receiving or shipping your paid for items as a result of inclement weather, an act of God, a worldly pandemic, or any other natural disaster out of our control.
This is a pre-order group and all pre-order ship dates are at least 4-6 weeks depending on size of shipment PLUS ship time from the order date. Please keep this in mind when ordering sizes. We will NOT refund for orders placed with incorrect sizing due to this.
